Tommy Fury to Play at Soccer Aid with Support from Fiancee and Daughter
Love Island star Tommy Fury is gearing up to play at Soccer Aid this year, with his fiancee Molly-Mae Hague and their daughter Bambi in attendance at Stamford Bridge.
The professional boxer, who is the half-brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, has been in a relationship with the 24-year-old influencer since they met on the ITV dating programme in 2019.
Tommy Fury will be joining the Soccer Aid World XI team for the annual charity game, playing alongside teammates such as comedian Lee Mack and radio host Roman Kemp.
Speaking to the PA news agency, Tommy expressed his excitement, saying, “Molly and Bambi will be here hopefully. I mean, if they want to see some terrible football off me they better come. But yeah, everyone’s going to come in full force. So it’s going to be another great day and I’m really looking forward to it.”
“Hopefully by Soccer Aid she (Bambi) is walking, but we’ll see,” he added.
Training Plans and Reflections
Tommy Fury admitted finding last year’s game “difficult” and shared his training plans for this year’s event.
Reflecting on his experience in 2023, Tommy said, “Honestly, last year was one of the best experiences that I’ve had. That’s the reason why I wanted to do it this year because last year was that great.”
- Tommy plans to incorporate interval sprints in his training regime three months before the event.
- Last year’s game was a learning experience for Tommy, who found playing football more challenging than expected.
- He enjoyed the camaraderie and lack of egos among the players, making it a memorable week.
