Leinster Rugby Home Games Update
Leinster Rugby has announced a significant change in venue for their upcoming season, with all home games set to be played at the Aviva Stadium and Croke Park.
Reason for Venue Change
The decision to move all home games comes as renovation work is being carried out at the RDS, the previous home ground of Leinster Rugby.
Venues for Matches
The majority of Leinster’s fixtures in the URC and the Champions Cup will be hosted at the Aviva Stadium. However, a number of games are also scheduled to take place at Croke Park, including the Champions Cup semi-final against Northampton in May.
Excitement Amongst Officials
Leinster Rugby’s chief executive, Shane Nolan, expressed his enthusiasm about the venue change, stating, “This is a hugely exciting update for everyone associated with Leinster Rugby.”
Nolan also extended his gratitude to the various boards involved in facilitating the move to the new venues.
Appreciation for Support
Despite the inconvenience of the stadium relocation, Leinster Rugby acknowledges the ongoing support of their season ticket holders. They look forward to an exciting season ahead at the Aviva Stadium and Croke Park.
