The jihadist group Islamic State (IS) claimed responsibility for the deadly terror attack on a Moscow concert hall and released visuals of the incident. • The attackers engaged in a shooting rampage, firing several bursts of gunfire.
  • Multiple inert bodies were scattered, and a fire started in the background.

Putin’s Response to the Attack

  • All four perpetrators were found and detained.
  • A total of 11 people were detained in connection to the attack.
