Trump’s Controversial Remarks on ISIS and Obama
In a video circulating on social media, former US President Donald Trump is heard calling his predecessor Barack Obama the founder of ISIS.
What Trump Said
Trump stated, “ISIS is honouring President Obama. He is the founder of ISIS. And I would say the co-founder would be crooked Hilary Clinton.”
However, these remarks were made before the 2016 presidential election at a rally in Florida, not in response to the recent terrorist attack near Moscow.
Trump later backtracked on his comments, questioning if they were meant sarcastically.
Trump’s criticism of Obama’s foreign policy included the handling of American troops in conflict zones and troop withdrawal from Iraq.
It is worth noting that the Status of Forces agreement requiring US troops to leave Iraq by the end of 2011 was signed by George Bush, not Obama.
Moscow Terror Attack
Russia mourns after a deadly attack at a rock concert claimed over 130 lives, marking the country’s deadliest attack in two decades.

ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack, but Putin has not confirmed this and suggested the attackers were fleeing to Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Zelensky denies any involvement and criticizes Putin for attempting to shift blame.
