Changes in Match Practices
In preparation for the final, Dublin City Council (DCC) has announced that established match practices at the Aviva Stadium and surrounding areas for the UEFA Europa League Final 2024 will differ from normal. This is due to the different profiles in attendees, mobility patterns, and ticketing systems.
Match Details
The game kicks off at 8pm on Wednesday, May 22nd. Due to the potential for extra time and penalties, the event may run until approximately 11pm.
Traffic and Access Information
- A traffic cordon will be established from 3pm at specific locations, with closures controlled by An Garda Síochána.
- Lansdowne Road Dart Station will be closed from 4pm on the day of the match for security reasons.

Fan Meeting Points
Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium and RDS Simmonscourt will be the respective locations for the two Fan Meeting Points (FMP’s). Atalanta and Bayer Leverkusen fans will gather at FMP South and FMP North, respectively, before moving to the stadium together.
