On Sunday morning, a pitch inspection was conducted at the Scot Foam Stadium at Dens Park, leading to the match’s postponement. The referee, Don Robertson, made the decision after assessing the waterlogged conditions of the pitch.
Dundee released a statement confirming the postponement, citing recent rainfall as the cause of the unplayable pitch.
Upcoming Fixtures
With Rangers having nine fixtures remaining and Celtic with eight, the race for the Premiership title remains intense. Both teams are yet to play two Old Firm games.
Rangers are set to face Hibernian in their next home game on March 30, while Dundee will travel to play St Johnstone on the same day.
