Stephen Kenny Appointed as Manager of St Patrick’s Athletic
Former Republic of Ireland manager Stephen Kenny has been appointed as the new manager of St Patrick’s Athletic. Kenny, who has been out of management since his contract with Ireland ended in November, joins the FAI Cup winners on a five-year deal. St Patrick’s Athletic are currently seventh in the league table.
Managerial Success and Achievements
Stephen Kenny is the most successful manager in the League of Ireland, having won five league titles and three FAI Cups. He also successfully guided Dundalk to the group stages of the Europa League during his tenure. Kenny left Dundalk in 2019 to manage the Ireland U21s, eventually taking over as the manager of the senior national team in 2020.

The 52-year-old returns to League of Ireland management after five years of experience in international football.
