Authorities at the site of the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse are planning to remove the grounded Dali container ship within the next 10 days. Recovery Operations
Unified Command salvage teams have been actively involved in recovery efforts. They recently located one of the construction vehicles that went missing during the bridge collapse in March. The Maryland Department of State Police has been informed of this discovery.
Body Recovery
The body of Miguel Angel Luna Gonzalez was found in a red truck by the Maryland Transportation Authority Police and the FBI. Colonel Roland L. Butler, Jr., Superintendent of the Maryland Department of State Police, expressed condolences to the families of the victims and emphasized the importance of supporting them during this difficult time.
