Trump Prefers Immigrants from ‘Nice’ Countries Such as Denmark and Switzerland to Move to America

Trump’s Rhetoric Against Immigrants

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump reiterated his stance against immigrants from Africa, Asia, and the Middle East at a fundraiser in Palm Beach, Florida. He expressed disappointment that people from countries like Switzerland were not immigrating to the United States.

‘Nice Countries’ Comment

During the fundraiser, Trump made references to “nice” countries like Denmark and Switzerland, questioning why immigrants from such countries were not coming to the US. This statement echoed his previous controversial remarks about certain nations.

Blaming Biden for Immigration Issues

Trump criticized President Joe Biden for the influx of illegal immigrants, claiming they were coming from problematic places like prisons and disaster-stricken countries. He also suggested that Biden had disrespected the Resolute Desk, a symbol of the Oval Office.

Resolute Desk Controversy

Trump expressed reluctance to use the Resolute Desk if elected, stating that it had been “soiled” by Biden. He emphasized the desk’s historical significance and implied that Biden’s use of it was disrespectful.

Fundraising Success

Reports suggest that Trump raised over $50 million at the event, with contributions aimed at supporting his vision of “making America great again.” The exact figure is yet to be confirmed.
